Job purpose
As an education counsellor at Ztudies.com, you will play a crucial role in guiding
students through the process of pursuing international education with our partner
universities. You will be responsible for providing personalized counselling, academic
guidance, and comprehensive support to students and their families. Your role will be pivotal
in helping students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

• Duties and responsibilities
  Responsibility:
• Being a mentor and guide who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
• Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and making them
  understand how we can accelerate their career.
• Carrying weekly enrolment/ revenue and collection target.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes,
  making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship
  management.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide
  constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality on what we are looking for?
  
  Qualifications
  Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
  Skills: Excellent communication skills in English
  Experience: Minimum 5 year experience in sales preferably in Study Abroad
  Characteristics: Go getter and decision making abilities
  

Skills:

• Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) and
  interpersonal skills.
• Experience in international sales (EdTech sales would be an advantage but not
  mandatory).
• Individuals who are able to understand the culture of UAE countries, India and
  understand the buying capacity of students from these countries would be
  advantageous.
• Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.
• Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.
• Individuals with ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong
  empathy.
• Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking
  feedback, prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
• Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what the
  abroad university is offering to its prospective learners and aligning them with the
  requirements.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
