Assistant Vice President - Process Excellence

• Strong Project Management Skills with understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to understand data flows and document lineage.
• Ability to translate business requirements to user stories and effectively communicate the requirements to IT.
• Proficiency and/or strong desire to learn, adopt and train people on new technologies (Cloud, Python, BigQuery, SQL, Qlik / visualisation tools)
• Knowledge and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology and of BTF methodology.
• Finance/ Treasury/ Risk project background, with knowledge of Capital requirements.
• Understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Capital Instruments.
• Understanding of Leverage ratios, Double Leverage and Holdings Capital Buffer
• Up to 10-12 years of project management and business analysis experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of IT processes
