It was a psychometry Test, it was quite easy. All questions were about choosing best 2 options which describes you best given you face such situation while you are working in HSBC. Here there is no right or wrong answers.

2. Your resume should reflect your hands on work clearly so that you are able to answer them properly
3. Some basic knowledge about banking or BFSI in broader sense would be an added advantage
4. 2nd round would be the one were you would know for which team you are getting hired, work profile. Do not fear to ask, they explain the work to the candidate very minutely.

5. In my case my hiring manager taken me through the team structure, work profile and literally presented me the power point one slider for 3-5mins explaining exactly, how the work profile would be. Managers who take interview are quite good, people.
