Role Summary:

This role is critical for an organization with scale and breadth operating PAN india operation. With our commitment to provide best in class employee experience, this role has been curated to focus on putting up multiple systems together and drive multiple initiatives within organization that will lead to best in class employee experience.

Role would require candidate to work closely with multiple stakeholders. Close association with HR and Technology teams to drive various HR tech initiatives.

Role demand detailed understanding about employee platforms, associated technologies, employee process etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and drive Enterprise Employee experience program.

Spearhead HR transformation project.

Identify opportunities for automation and improve employee experience

Finalize overall solution covering multiple systems, applications and interfaces .

Drive integration requirements and Implementation.

Graduation,

BE, MCA

Experience

12 plus years of Experience of working in HR technologies.

Worked on systems like Darwinbox, people strong, people soft, SAP ripple hire, etc.

5 plus year of experience of working on driving enterprise program for employee benefits, HR transformation.

Shall have experience of managing large scale program with project management aspects and governance.

Shall have worked on project requiring multiple technology integrations and API integrations.
