Job Description
- Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
- Co-ordinating activities, events, conferences both internal and external
- Managing internal and external stakeholders for the above activities
- Assisting the INM COO on filing, expense claims process and bills discharge
- Coordinating with IT teams for all necessary IT support including setting up conference rooms
- Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
- Desirable to have work experience of more than 10 years and exposure to banking sector and senior stakeholder management.
