Quality Assurance Manager

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering or related fields
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Accredited (minimum)
• Substantial knowledge and experience of the project and test lifecycle.
• Able to articulate knowledge of testing within Investment Banking i.e. Middle Office/ Fund Accounting
• Track record working within a variety of testing methodologies i.e. Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages, testing frameworks, and defect tracking tools with a working knowledge of functional test automation and test management tools and practices, in particular Selenium, Cucumber, Soap UI, TOSCA as well as collaboration tools; GoJira and confluence
• Strong desire to learn new test techniques away from the norm, presenting ideas for consideration; Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution; Proven ability to prioritise competing demands
• Able to demonstrate capability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (Clients and internally) and a globally dispersed team
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
