Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with Contract Labour Act and regulations.
  
• Oversee time office management, including attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll processing.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance with various labor laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc.
  
• Handle grievances from employees and resolve them promptly through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
  
• Maintain security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
