Suddenly change in leadership and a takeover by the MCIE team on April 23 created turmoil in the company; with new leadership with barely any experience in this diecasting field. intentionally targeted team with fake whistleblowers by the HR team& corporate team politically and the result of in a couple of months 120+ members with senior positions left the company and many are approaching for another assignment.
