Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with Contract Labour Act and regulations.
Oversee time office management, including attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance with various labor laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc.
Handle grievances from employees and resolve them promptly through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
Maintain security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
