Job Description:
- Need to involve in all HR related activities for Frontend and Backend employees like all type of recruitment for all departments, induction programs for new joiners', attendance management, onborading formalities, exit formalities, events management, Employees concerns on work related, HR trainings, educate employees to stick to all HR policies, Timesheet management, Leaves management, appraisals, one to one employees discussions, payroll management, legal actions/ formalities for employees, preparing offer letters, employees grievance management etc.
- Need to evaluate all company employees' performance regularly by preparing and tracking KPI and KRA.
- Also need to involve and conduct annual appraisal for all employees.
- Update internal databases (e. all types of leaves or attendance using software or manually).
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides and to work on revise company policies.
- Assist accounts/payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Need to work on such policies for employee benefits which will suit our company or involve in team building activities or team bonding activities or good process in place or good employee friendly environment in place to retain good employees for long term.
- Need to have knowledge on having employee retention strategies.
- Other HR related activities but not limited to above points.
Requirement:-.
- Must have experience of working in Start-up company.
- Weekend Availability is must.
- Proven 4-6 Experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills.
