They didn't give salary if Target not achieved. In my life first company 1st month they will take 10 days salary if you worked 1 year then it will be return or it goes to company stomach. 2nd month they hold my salary cz of I didn't achive Target not a single employee last more than 5 months .

As it's a non-funded startup it can't offer a good salary package but it can give you a proper hygienic place to work with. Promotions and Appraisal are not confirmed even after completing the provisional period. It's totally a field-based job for every employee of the company except the HR department. As a non-funded startup company that can provide limited expenses for field work overall, it's the best co. to work in Bhubaneswar and Bangalore
