1) At least should be any graduate\MBA\BBM\BBA and should have 3-8years of experience in Marketing & Sales or Business Development. Experience in the interior\real estate field would be an added advantage.

2) Should be able to meet the target month on month for the company. People management skills are very important.

3) Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing and sales strategies skills. Should be able to achieve individual targets month on month.

4) Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations and excels.

5) Should have good communication and presentation skills.

6) Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic and have a good professional attitude.

7) Digital marketing knowledge would be an added advantage.

8) Should have good experience in business development plan\growth and should have potential to achieve targets month on month.

9) Should be able to prepare the plan for the company's growth for month on month\quarter on quarter\year on year.

10) Need to give product knowledge to the clients,prepare quotation,negotiation and close the deal.
