Job Description:

- At least should be any graduate\MBA\BBM\BBA and should have 3-8years of experience in Marketing & Sales or Business Development.

- Experience in the interior\real estate field would be an added advantage.

- Should be able to meet the target month on month for the company.

- People management skills are very important.

- Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing and sales strategies skills.

- Should be able to achieve individual targets month on month.

- Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations and excels.

- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

- Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic and have a good professional attitude.

- Digital marketing knowledge would be an added advantage.

- Should have good experience in business development plan\growth and should have potential to achieve targets month on month.

- Should be able to prepare the plan for the company's growth for month on month\quarter on quarter\year on year.

- Need to give product knowledge to the clients, prepare quotation, negotiation and close the deal.
