The company has in-house trainers and partners with creators to scale their courses. The goal of House Of Edtech is to upskill 10 crore Indians by 2027.

Role Description

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role at House Of Edtech located in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
