Talent Acquisition Specialist

Designation: Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract role for 1 year)

Work Experience - 6 months +
(Fresher's with excellent communication skills and internship experience in Recruitment
shall be considered)

Salary Package - 25k per month

Key skills needed:
1) Good communication skills, Laptop usage skills, Typing Skills for report preparation and
MS office package usage
2) Individual performer with good team playing skills
3) Confident to work as independently from Bangalore office.
4) Graduation or Post graduation in Accounts & Commerce would be an added advantage
5) Knowledge in Hiring process to meet the client requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) To understand the client requirement and plan for batch formation
2) To check and request for database needed for batch formation
3) To call, convince and schedule face to face interview for eligible and interested candidates
4) To counsel and shortlist eligible profiles for GTT screening, Training and the client
evaluation process
5) To prepare daily report and share with the Team
6) To update and maintain project trackers as per the timeline
7) To connect with college a Team and schedule campus or off campus interview
8) To handle day to day centre walk-ins for batch formation
9) Familiar to access job portals - to post ads, fitter profiles etc.
