Sr IT Engineer

• We are looking for an experienced Sr Advanced Software Engineer Siemens Teamcenter PLM with Active Workspace with extensive expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive PLM solutions. With over 10 years of experience in PLM systems, you will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and fostering innovation across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Teamcenter PLM architectures tailored to meet business needs.
• Define and document solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.
• Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with ERP (eg., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Architect solutions for complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations, and workflows.
• Optimize existing Teamcenter environments for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.
• Perform system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system
• Deliver training sessions to stakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.
• Stay current with Siemens Teamcenter advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

Required Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules (eg., Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, Workflow Design), and customization.
• Expertise in Teamcenter integration with Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems and downstream Design Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP (SAP, Oracle)
• Strong proficiency in programming and scripting (eg., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).
• Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES integrations, particularly Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
