Design Service Area Chief - Digital Transformation Leader

Responsible for Cross-skill associates to enable them to work effectively across multiple business units and projects, fostering a versatile and adaptable workforce.

Promote the concepts, application, tools, and technologies in the area of design by organizing and providing various trainings, tech talks, webinars, white papers, etc., to disseminate knowledge and best practices within the industry. Create and establish new services in design, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within the industry. Help pitch new technologies and solutions to customers, supporting sales and delivery through building proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of these innovations.

Drive the integration of CAD with PLM and BIM tools, promoting modular designs through automation and automated design workflows. Utilize AI/ML and RPA to enhance design process efficiency, enabling concurrent design and analysis, and fostering a paperless environment. Embrace digital twins to simulate and validate designs, ensuring regulatory compliance and traceability within PLM systems. Champion Design for Additive Manufacturing and employ advanced design visualization techniques, including VR and AR technologies, for digital prototyping.

Preferably a Master s degree in core engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, Electrical.
