Trainee - Program Management

Assistance in Program Coordination : Support program managers in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Assist in maintaining project schedules, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress. Documentation and Reporting : Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to program activities and milestones. Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Data Analysis and Research : Conduct research and gather data relevant to program objectives or specific projects. Assist in analyzing information to support decision-making within the program. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate with various stakeholders, providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring smooth communication flow. Collaborate with team members and other departments involved in the program. Learning and Development : Participate in training sessions or workshops related to program management methodologies and best practices. Learn about project management tools and techniques used in program management. Qualifications : Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or project management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and eagerness to learn and contribute.
