Overall company and its acceleration program is good, but some of the band 4 sitting for long period are not productive and completely in comfort zone. That's causes work load, unrealistic data preparation, implementation strategies are not effectively adopted by these professionals.

HRS organization is highly corrupted and its starts from the leadership in US specifically HRS top leader and one of her subordinate. They spend organization money without any control the best example is couple of years back they moved all the HRS operations work from India to Manila and paid hefty severance and now they closed the Manila hub and again paid the severance there and moved back all the process to India. There is a worst HRS leader in India who don't have operations back ground and he expects everyone to be in the office regularly and he comes ones in a while and leave early (just for the sake of attendance in office)with the support of the US leadership. They also closely partner with vendors and loot Honeywell money. Hope someone in the leadership external to HR organization /Honeywell will do the investigation...Read More
