Only work life balance is good and salary comes in time.

No promotion happened as company was making huge loss. 20% work force laid off without giving any notice. All bad employees remained in the company due to political issue. Good employees were thrown out like anything. There is no skill development. If you are a learner, then there is not much learning here, only repeated tasks. All senior management are involved in politics which hampers the growth. Worst part of some senior management is that they have taken such decisions that it has hampered the financials of the company and no one takes the blame. One such instance is buying DGPS and Trinity drones. Also, the drones are not upto mark and faces many issues which is Business Development team is unable to take the business forward. Worst part is the Product and R&D team are completely useless. HR takes variable pay (don't know why). Also, HR doesn't choose talent from IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc. to do the job.
