Job Profile
1. Accounts Payable & Receivables:
(a) Handle the vendor payments of the project.
(b) Vendor reconciliations.
(c) Preparation of operational cost statements for the respective projects, follow up with strategic partner for invoices, accounting the invoices/expenses, reconciliation with strategic partner and payment release.
(d) Reconciliation of different project clients, sending MIS reports to Project operations team for payment follow up from customers for overdue outstandings.
(e) Sending balance confirmation to project clients on periodic basis.
2. Bank Reconciliation/Collection reporting
(a) Bank reconciliation of project bank accounts, obtaining balance confirmation from banks, preparation of collection reports for management review.
3. Sales/Purchase/Expense/Fixed Asset accounting
(a) Sales accounting/revenue recognition in line with the accounting standards for revenue recognition.
(b) Co-ordinating timely submission of bills to project clients in line with MoU/agreement.
(c)Accounting purchases & revenue expenses after due verification of all bills & vouchers.
(d)Accounting/capitalising the fixed asset bills in accordance with accounting policy/respective accounting standards.
(e) Periodic verification of fixed assets & inventory to ensure matching of physical & system stock and assets.
4. Statutory compliances
(a) Good understanding & practical knowledge of TDS sections & provisions under income tax act, GST TDS compliances & other GST compliances including remittances & return filing.
5. Monthly/Annual closing of accounts
(a) Ledger/Trial balance scrutiny for ensuring the accuracy of accounting the revenue, expenses, assets & liabilities.
(b)Timely & periodic booking of all the revenue, expenses & necessary provisions for closing of accounts on a monthly/annual basis & ensuring the project performance as per agreed margins.
6. Audits
(a) Handling the internal/statutory and CAG audits observations of the project by providing timely management responses & implementing necessary rectifications/actions in accordance with the audit observations.

Basic pay range (for Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 20000 - 40000/-
Qualification:
Essential: MBA (Finance) /CA / CMA
Post Qualification Experience
Essential: Minimum 1 year relevant experience in accounting and finance activities.
