JOB PROFILE

• Conceptualizing & Implementation of policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization.
• Strategizing the long / short term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirement and designing plans for acquiring requisite skills and competencies and developing right model of engagement.
• Performance Management System & Appraisal Process in the organization, Career Planning & Succession Planning.
• Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition Programmes.
• Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
• Organize Learning & Development Programs through Internal & External Resources, Evaluation of the Programs for effectiveness.
• Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with existing Labour Legislation and propose amendment as and when necessary.
• Handle contract Labour without legal implications to the Organisation.
• Handle labour welfare activities. 100% compliance with statutory requirements.
• Grievances Handling & Employee counselling, including their social issues.
• HR Administration, Operations Management & Statutory Compliance Management
• Will be responsible for handing HR Operation of one or more business divisions/units of HLL
• Handling all IR related matters and advise management on the same.

AVP (HR) directly reports to Senior Vice President (HR) who is the HR head of HLL.

Requirements

Maximum Age : 53 years as on 01.01.2025

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs. 90000 - 240000/-

Annual CTC: Rs.25.92 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

MSW / MBA (HR) / MHRM or equivalent.

Post Qualification Experience

Essential: Minimum 18 years experience in the relevant field, out of which atleast 7 years in a Senior Managerial position.

Candidates from CPSUs should be holding posts in the scale of Rs.80,000 2,20,000 (E5) for a period of two years as on 01.01.2025.
