Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading marketing initiatives to promote our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their technology and marketing requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Marketing Strategy and Campaigns - Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our software and digital marketing services.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Team Leadership and Development - Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies to improve sales and marketing performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT sales and marketing in service Industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
