About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Noida.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Government/PSU and large enterprise sectors.
- You will be responsible for driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business development opportunities within the Government/PSU and large enterprise sectors.
- Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including networking, industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand and analyze client business and technical requirements.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Government Sales vertical.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and track key sales metrics (e. , leads, conversions, revenue).
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the IT market, including Cloud, Data Center, SI, and Web Hosting.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT Government sales is a must.
- Strong passion for business development and exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud, Data Center, SI, and Web Hosting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
