- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization, ensuring a welcoming and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement in D&I efforts.
- Employee Development & Succession Planning.
- Design and implement employee training, mentoring, and development programs that align with business objectives.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure that key leadership roles are identified and cultivated from within the organization.
- Oversee a robust performance management system, ensuring alignment between individual goals and business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback for employee growth and development.
- Drive the use of HR technology platforms (such as HRMS) to automate and optimize HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee performance tracking.
- Champion HR digital transformation to support business scalability.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Regularly review and adjust salary structures, benefits packages, and rewards systems to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee events, to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
- Enhance the employee experience by developing a supportive work environment focused on well-being, growth, and recognition.
