Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in customizing and extending MS Dynamics CRM, with specific skills in React.js for front-end development and DocuSign integration for seamless digital workflows.

This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and developing robust and scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, and integrations.

- DocuSign Integration : Implement and manage DocuSign integration with Dynamics CRM to automate document signing processes and streamline workflows. Develop and maintain the integration components, ensuring seamless data flow and security.

- React.js Development : Develop and maintain user-friendly and high-performance interfaces for Dynamics CRM using React.js, leveraging state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Focus on creating a modern and intuitive user experience.

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

- Customization & Configuration : Customize CRM entities, forms, fields, views, dashboards, and security roles to meet specific business requirements.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

- Data Management & Migration : Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and implement data cleansing and validation procedures.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and stability.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Dynamics CRM applications and integrations.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization, including versions [Specify Versions e.g, Dynamics 365, CRM 2016, etc.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.) and component-based architecture.

- Hands-on experience integrating and managing DocuSign APIs within Dynamics CRM.

- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, including entities, relationships, workflows, plugins, and security model.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and Web API development.

- Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and OAuth authentication.

- Experience with CRM security models, role-based access, and data management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
