Role Description :
This is a contract role for a D365 CRM Developer with 5+ years of experience, located on-site in Bengaluru. The D365 CRM Developer will be responsible for software development, customer relationship management (CRM), integration, databases, and web services to drive digital transformation and enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Customize CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations to meet specific client requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation).
- Develop and maintain custom entities, forms, views, and workflows within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
- Expertise in CRM concepts, best practices, and data management.
- Experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
- Proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL) is a plus.
