Key Responsibilities :

Dynamics CRM 365 Development: Design, customize, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 platform to meet business requirements. This includes configuring forms, workflows, custom entities, and business rules.

Copilot Studio Chatbot Development: Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to build and optimize conversational AI solutions for CRM and customer service applications. Ensure bots are integrated with

Dynamics CRM, delivering personalized responses, and driving automation.

Azure Integration: Leverage Azure components such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage to create scalable solutions. Integrate these components with Dynamics CRM and Copilot Studio to enable smooth, automated workflows.

Service Account Management: Configure and manage service accounts for secure and efficient system access across platforms, ensuring proper access control and compliance with security policies.

Blob Storage Management: Implement and manage Azure Blob Storage for data storage needs, handling large datasets and supporting CRM integration to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure that all solutions meet client expectations and are implemented on time and within budget.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM, Copilot Studio, and Azure-based solutions. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to maintain system health and performance.

Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and developments. Follow best practices for code quality, system security, and operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and

Azure advancements. Propose improvements and optimizations to existing solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365: Proven experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, including experience with forms, entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Automate.

Copilot Studio: Hands-on experience in designing and deploying chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including familiarity with conversational AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and bot integrations with CRM.

Azure Development: Strong working knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage. Ability to integrate these components with Dynamics CRM to enhance functionality.

Service Accounts & Security: Experience with configuring service accounts and managing permissions within cloud-based platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.

Blob Storage: Experience with using Azure Blob Storage for data management, including storage, retrieval, and integration with other services.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other relevant scripting languages.

API Integration: Strong skills in integrating external APIs with Dynamics CRM and Azure services for extended functionality.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues, apply fixes, and improve system performance.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively document solutions and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools, especially those integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Copilot Studio, is a plus.

Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments and using Agile project management tools.
