Senior Developer - SAP CPQ Module (7-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

SAP CPQ Expertise :

- Apply your 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPQ to lead, design, and implement CPQ solutions.

- Leverage your knowledge of SAP CPQ's capabilities to ensure the successful configuration and implementation of the system.

End-to-End Implementations :

- Manage and execute at least two end-to-end implementations of SAP CPQ, ensuring the system is designed and configured to meet business requirements, from initial setup through to go-live.

Requirements Gathering & Design Workshops :

- Independently lead requirement gathering sessions and design workshops with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Guide the team in aligning SAP CPQ functionality with client business processes.

API Knowledge & Integration :

- Utilize your expertise in SOAP, REST APIs, CPI, Custom iFlows, and iDocs to integrate SAP CPQ with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across platforms.

Configuration Management :

- Configure SAP CPQ to meet specific business requirements, including quote configuration, quote tables, custom quote tabs, quote and quote item fields, and pricing rules.

- Set up product catalog configurations, including managing products, catalogs, attributes, product types, and custom tables.

Pricing Setup :

- Lead the configuration of pricing models in SAP CPQ, ensuring that the pricing rules align with business strategies and that discounting, pricing adjustments, and currency handling are correctly implemented.

Integration with SAP Systems :

- Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth data synchronization and process alignment, particularly with variant configuration and pricing in SAP.

Workflow Rules & Actions :

- Set up and configure workflow rules and actions within SAP CPQ to automate the sales process, ensuring efficiency and error-free quote generation.

Collaboration with Sales & IT Teams :

- Work closely with both sales and IT teams to ensure that the CPQ system is aligned with organizational goals, and provide guidance on best practices and ongoing system enhancements.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer :

- Provide comprehensive documentation for configurations and integrations, and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams for ongoing system management and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- A total of 12+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 4-5 years focused specifically on SAP CPQ.

- You should have two end-to-end SAP CPQ implementations under your belt.

SAP CPQ Certification :

- SAP CPQ certification is preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to best practices.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of SOAP and REST APIs, CPI, Custom iFlows, and iDocs for system integration.

- Experience in configuring product catalogs, pricing setups, and quote management in SAP CPQ.

SAP System Integration :

- Experience integrating SAP CPQ with SAP S/4 HANA, Variant Configuration, and pricing systems, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple platforms.

Workflow Configuration :

- Proven experience in setting up workflow rules and actions to automate business processes within SAP CPQ.

Product Catalog & Pricing :

- Hands-on experience in product catalog configuration, including working with product attributes, custom tables, product types, and configuring pricing in CPQ.

CRM Integration :

- Good to have experience in SAP CPQ integration with C4C, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Salesforce CRM, as well as integration with other non-SAP systems.

Communication Skills :

- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex configuration challenges in SAP CPQ.
