Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer (8-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position offering the flexibility and autonomy to contribute meaningfully to our core product development.

You will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications, with a focus on back-end development while also leveraging your front-end expertise.

This role is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling challenging technical problems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using .NET Core, APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Implement robust and efficient data access solutions using Entity Framework and various database technologies, including SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and/or NoSQL databases.

- Develop and maintain engaging and user-friendly interfaces using Angular 15+.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.

- Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.

- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our systems, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions.

- Be a self-starter and an individual contributor, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience : 8+ years of overall software development experience, with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

- Cloud Expertise : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (essential).

- Back-End Mastery : 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, API and microservices development, and Entity Framework. Be prepared to discuss specific projects and your contributions.

- Database Proficiency : 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL databases (or a combination).

- Front-End Proficiency : 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 15+ (essential).

- DevOps Skills : Experience with Azure Pipelines for CI/CD is highly desirable.

- Full-Stack Aptitude : Comfortable working across the full stack, with a primary focus on back-end development (approximately 60% front-end, 40% back-end contribution).

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Project Portfolio : Ability to showcase your contributions to past projects, providing specific examples of your work.
