Accion Labs - .Net Full Stack Technical Architect - ASP/MVC (12-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Architecture & Design :

- Design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance applications using ASP.NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Microservice architecture.

- Architect solutions following best practices in coding standards, security, performance tuning, and cloud deployment.

Cloud Integration & Deployment :

- Ensure cloud infrastructure is optimized for cost, performance, and scalability.

Development Leadership :

- Provide technical direction and mentoring to development teams on core technologies, including Entity Framework, LINQ,

Dependency Injection, and SQL.

- Drive best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Microservices & API Design :

- Design secure and performant RESTful APIs and Web APIs for seamless data exchange across systems.

UI Development and Frameworks :

- Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Kendo UI, and React.js.

- Ensure alignment between back-end and front-end development for optimal user experience.

Database Management & Performance Tuning :

- Lead efforts in SQL Server performance tuning, query optimization, and database management.

- Implement best practices for Entity Framework and ensure database integrity.

Production Support & Debugging :

- Provide hands-on support for production debugging and troubleshooting.

- Implement monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability and performance in live environments.

Solution Consulting :

- Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Manage technical risks and provide timely resolutions to blockers.

- Represent the organization in client meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing insights on architecture decisions, technology trends, and roadmap planning.

- Present prototypes, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical solutions to stakeholders to gain buy-in and align expectations.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

- Experience : 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years in a technical architect role.

Core Technologies :

- Proficient in ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.

- Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI, and React.js.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms (VMs, storage, networking, serverless functions, etc.).

- Microservices Architecture : Experience designing and deploying Microservices-based applications.

- Database : Strong knowledge of SQL Server, query optimization, and performance tuning techniques.

- Debugging : Proficiency in production support and debugging complex issues in a live environment.

- Version Control & CI/CD : Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps to manage source code and automate builds.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- A proactive mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the .NET ecosystem.
