Duties & Responsibilities:.

1) Strategy Development and Implementation.

2) Develop business-related people strategy.

3) Employee Relations.

4) Manage formal employees including performance, grievance issues and relations cases.

5) Policy development and implementation.

6) Development of HR policies, procedures and processes that mirror the culture of the organisation.

7) Development of staff benefits, annual salary reviews and bonus.

8) Performance Evaluation and Management.

9) Training and development.

- Develop and implement business-related people strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage formal employee relations, including performance issues, grievance handling, and other employee relations cases.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that reflect the organization's culture. Develop staff benefits programs, manage annual salary reviews, and administer bonus programs.

- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Requirements: - MBA - HR, MSW/MPM degree (required).

- 12-13 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
