Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Strategy Development and Implementation.
2) Develop business-related people strategy.
3) Employee Relations.
4) Manage formal employees including performance, grievance issues and relations cases.
5) Policy development and implementation.
6) Development of HR policies, procedures and processes that mirror the culture of the organisation.
7) Development of staff benefits, annual salary reviews and bonus.
8) Performance Evaluation and Management.
9) Training and development.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have an MBA - HR, MSW/MPM degree with 13 to 14 years of experience in handling the HR Generalist role.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements - Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in HR, MSW, or MPM.
Experience:
- 13-14 years in HR Generalist roles, with expertise in strategic HR functions, employee relations, and policy development.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
- Ability to drive organizational change and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
