Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Strategy Development and Implementation.

2) Develop business-related people strategy.

3) Employee Relations.

4) Manage formal employees including performance, grievance issues and relations cases.

5) Policy development and implementation.

6) Development of HR policies, procedures and processes that mirror the culture of the organisation.

7) Development of staff benefits, annual salary reviews and bonus.

8) Performance Evaluation and Management.

9) Training and development.

Requirements: Qualified applicants must have an MBA - HR, MSW/MPM degree with 12 to 13 years of experience in handling the HR Generalist role.
