Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital and non-digital) to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and rebranding initiatives, including developing launch plans, creating promotional materials.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the digital marketing and social media presence for the brand.
- Work with content creators and designers to produce engaging content that builds brand loyalty and attracts new customers.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure brand alignment and incorporate customer feedback into the branding process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
- A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the animal feed sector, including an understanding of customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive dynamics.
