Duties & Responsibilities:.

1) Control and implementation of quality assurance activities by setting norms, procedures, systems, documentation & ensure its effective implementation.

2) Conduct wet chemical analysis.

3) Conduct market analysis and research.

3) Track, eliminate and provide solutions for quality complaints.

4) Inspection regarding the quality of the resources used by the company.

5) Taking corrective actions over audit findings.

6) New product and commodity development.

13 to 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs, establishing and maintaining effective procedures, documentation, and systems. Conduct wet chemical analysis to ensure product quality meets all specifications and standards.

- Partner with marketing and sales teams to conduct market research and identify new product development opportunities.

- Investigate and resolve quality control issues, providing solutions and implementing corrective actions. Inspect raw materials and resources used in production to maintain quality standards. Analyze audit findings and take necessary corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Participate in new product and commodity development initiatives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with quality assurance principles and methodologies Proficiency in wet chemical analysis techniques A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
