Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing Firm (5-13 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment analytics.

- HR Business Partner (HRBP): Align HR initiatives with business goals, provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and talent development, and support workforce planning.

- HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or HR Operations.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools.
