Job Description

Job Overview:

Looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to lead key initiatives, including workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, talent management, and grievance handling. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and implementing reward and recognition programs

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning:

- Manage the workforce planning process, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent availability.

- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance the structure, culture, and performance of the workforce.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future staffing requirements and plan accordingly.

Drive Engagement & Talent Management:

- Manage talent management programs for the employees, focusing on performance, growth, and retention.

- Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and career development.

Grievance Handling:

- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and complaints.

- Investigate, mediate, and resolve workplace conflicts or issues in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.

- Work to maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns proactively.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.

- Regularly review and update company policies to stay aligned with changing laws and industry best practices.

- Ensure all HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines, minimizing legal risks for the company.

HR Metrics Analysis:

- Analyze HR data and metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and performance outcomes, to inform strategic decision-making.

- Provide actionable insights based on data to senior leadership to drive improvements in HR practices and overall employee experience.

- Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators (KPIs).

Database Management & MIS Preparation:

- Oversee the management of HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and up-to-date information for all employees.

- Prepare regular management information system (MIS) reports on HR metrics for senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Manage HR data systems to streamline operations and reporting processes.

Reward & Recognition:

- Develop and implement effective reward and recognition programs

- Ensure competitive salary structures and bonuses in line with industry standards and company goals.

- Promote a culture of recognition to improve employee morale and foster a positive work environment.

Drive Key HR Initiatives:

- Lead the execution of key HR initiatives, including policy updates, incentive programs, and organizational changes.

- Ensure the successful roll-out of company-wide programs that align with business objectives.

- Work with leadership to develop strategies for improving employee performance, culture, and retention through HR interventions.

Qualifications & Skillset:

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

- Experience: 6+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

- Expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and grievance handling.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

- Excellent analytical skills and experience in HR metrics analysis.

- Strong proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and MS Office.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
