Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assigning tasks for evaluation.
- Collecting interview feedback and updating recruitment status.
- Liaise with recruitment consultancies and manage agreements.
- Prepare offer letters and draft employee agreements.
Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee procurement and management of office assets.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
- Manage administrative tasks such as handling couriers, daily allowances, visitor passes, and ID cards.
- Process invoices related to administrative expenses.
Onboarding:
- Conduct onboarding sessions and introductory meetings for new hires.
- Create employee email IDs and provide software access.
Set up accounts in HRMS software and assist with the creation of:
- Bank accounts.
- Provident Fund (PF) accounts.
- Health insurance policies.
Employee Grievances and Welfare Activities:
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team outings, and celebrations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances with empathy and efficiency.
- Plan and execute work anniversaries, monthly performance recognitions, and distribution of birthday/festival goodies.
Payroll Management:
Manage salary processing, including:
- Bonuses, revisions, variable pay, and overtime.
- Leave encashments and salary advances.
- Ensure accurate payroll administration and timely payouts.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance appraisals and promotions.
- Collaborate with management to restructure roles and determine salary increments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Compile and coordinate reports for HR-related activities.
Draft and issue HR-related documentation, including:
- Offer letters.
- Experience and relieving letters.
- Promotion and salary revision letters.
- Transfer letters, NOCs, and salary certificates.
HR Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with:
- Leave policies.
- Gratuity regulations.
- Organizational policies.
- Review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with best practices in recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
