Artifex HR is hiring for a Physical education Industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager with extensive experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle-from on boarding to exit.
This role will also be responsible for overseeing policy renewals and managing payroll operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including employee engagement, payroll management, and policy development.
Location - Chennai.
Work Timings - 9 - 6 PM.
Experience - 5 - 8 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- On boarding: Lead and manage the entire on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Develop and implement on boarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and support new employees in their transition.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs, implement training programs, and monitor employee engagement to maintain a positive work culture.
- Exit Management: Oversee the exit process for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews, managing off boarding documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Analyse exit data for trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Policy Development & Updates: Review, update, and renew company policies to ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Regularly assess and modify policies to support organizational growth and best HR practices.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Implement necessary changes to policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Internal Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies and updates to employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
- Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, payroll calculations, deductions, bonuses, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
Qualifications:.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on on boarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and policy development.
- Proven track record in managing HR processes from on boarding to exit, including developing and renewing company policies.
