Talent Acquisition:
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle from understanding of departmental requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure the smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
- Manage the complete process of employee documentation and data management.
Performance Management:
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure timely completion of the performance management process and facilitate communication between managers and employees.
- Manage employee grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.
HRMS:
- Should be able to use HRMS Software's independently.
