- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates to align with client needs.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to profile submission.

- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely client interviews and feedback.

- Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.

- Use various recruitment tools and platforms for job postings and candidate sourcing.

- Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

- Graduation in any field is okay.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
