Investor Relations Role - Infrastructure/Real Estates/Invit (5-12 yrs)

An ideal candidate would have experience of 5-12 years in Invit industry and majority of it should be in the areas of Investor Relations (IR) & Servicing, specifically related to various periodic investor communication/statements, onboarding etc

- Having worked on investor servicing for Invit would be a distinct advantage

- Should have good knowledge of Invit

- Should be well versed with investor onboarding and KYC requirements, capital call/drawdown and distribution communication processes, periodic investor reporting including SoAs, quarterly fund updates, process/documents related to quarterly and year-end tax related reporting to investors etc.

- Someone with a knack of creating and performing standard processes related to IR servicing as above

- Having managed a small team would be an advantage but is not compulsory

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills as independent coordination with internal support teams (legal, compliance, marketing, product, auditors etc) and external vendors (RTAs, Trustees etc) would be required
