Experience - 5 - 8 years of which 3 to 4 years should be in IR

Location - Thane

Education - CA/MBA with CFA preferred

Our client is a diversified group with majority business interests in Textile & Apparel sectors and a presence across varying segments such as Consumer Care, Realty and Engineering in national and international markets.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Company's Investor Relations plan.

- Prepare and present a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metric and differentiation.

- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.

- Regular Tracking of Stock Markets and updating the management on stock price and volume vis a vis peer company.

- Regular updating of IR Portal with relevant documentations, IR insights, benchmarking, research and media reports.

- Develop IR related communication tools namely presentations, annual reports.

- Continuous improvement of IR website by incorporating best practices followed in the industry.

- Interact & set up meetings with analysts/investors/brokers.
