Job Description:
Objective: HR Generalist role which needs to support Key Business Linked HR Plans for all Frontend associates. To represent the business needs of our sales departments by balancing those with the goals of the entire organization and influence in all areas of HR like organizational design, employee development, performance management, succession planning and acquiring top talent.
Title: Manager- Sales HR
Function: Human Resources
Work Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of the life cycle and HR guidance unit for sourcing and recruiting methods, employee engagement, rewards, etc for the region
- Drive Frontend Productivity & support for increase in Sales efficiencies through driving Manpower productivity
- Drive Manning norms for all frontend associates
- Implement & Execute Standardized HR processes, communication, people capability building, policy implementation
- Extend support for COKE ONE project execution
- MGR Management to create stability in the Field Force
- Talent: Drive business metrics through application of ABC Model of Talent Management in partnership viz support for Assessment Centers across levels & frontend functions, Buy/ Borrow, Build, Bind & Bounce).
- Drive organizational culture in terms of Diverse work force management by ensuring a safe & secure workplace to all frontend associates especially to Women associates
- Special focus on driving routines
- Benchmark and incorporate the best practices, review the sales processes, procedures, incentives, and recognition programs
- To engage in the assessment and monitoring of training programs and facilitate regular follow-ups to ensure the completion of training goals

- Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP

Reports To: Zonal HR Head

Internal Customers: Sales associates & all sales support functional associates
External Customers: Local Community, Government Officials
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: MBA or any equivalent PG Diploma in HR Stream
Experience: 10 to 14 Years of relevant experience in relevant industry; Preference will be given to Sales HR experience
Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management System, Training & Development and Talent Acquisition
- Well versed in Employee Engagement practices - Employee Relations & Welfare Asset Protection: Knowledge of asset protection procedures
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work across ethnicities and engage teams of individuals who are geographically dispersed
- Compelling networking, partnership, and people skills
- Quick learner and street smart
- Should be ready to take new challenges
- Should be ready to take additional responsibilities
Travel - 75% of the time
