Role Summary-

As Manager- Culture and Engagement, you will play a vital role in advancing HCCB's cultural transformation agenda. By designing impactful initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will champion a thriving, workplace culture. This role requires an effervescent, outgoing personality -someone who thrives on engagement, creativity, and collaboration. You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure our cultural vision resonates throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Culture Transformation
• Design and implement culture transformation programs.
• Serve as a culture ambassador, aligning organizational goals with employee engagement initiatives.
2. Employee Engagement
• Develop and lead programs to enhance employee morale and sense of belonging.
• Actively listen to employee feedback and integrate insights into engagement strategies.
• Initiate and manage programs that celebrate employee contributions.
3. Event Management
• Plan, host, and coordinate impactful cultural events, including town halls and celebrations.
• Oversee event logistics and ensure seamless execution to deliver high-energy, meaningful experiences.
• Act as the face and voice of HCCBs cultural events, inspiring active participation.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with the Internal Communications team to align messaging and strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver unified programs that amplify culture and engagement efforts.
• Build relationships across departments to foster collaboration and trust.

Qualifications-

• Bachelors degree in communications, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in culture, engagement, event management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for program management and communication.
