Key Responsibilities
o Identify and acquire new clients (corporates, SMEs, and solar equipment providers) for leasing solar equipment.
o Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and drive lead generation through networking, industry events, and partnerships.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
o Focus on acquiring and managing corporate and industrial clients for solar equipment sales and installations.
o Serve as a key link between OEMs, contractors, and financers, ensuring smooth execution of deals
o Coordinate with ETC teams (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to ensure timely project implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies -
o Strong understanding of solar equipment and the renewable energy market.
o Experience working with OEMs, contractors, and industrial clients in the solar sector.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
o Market awareness to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
o Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including financers and technical teams.
Qualifications
o Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)
o 7-8 years of experience in sales.
o 3-4 years of experience in solar equipment sales or similar roles.
