Manager - Human Resource

Contract - 3 - 6 months

Client Location - Chakan, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition  

• Responsible for Talent Acquisition in alignment with organizations requirement and culture
• HR Interview, negotiation, recommendation and selection of candidate

2. Training & Development Program

• Conducting Training programs for Workers on productivity improvement and Supervisory development program for staff

3. Industrial & Employee Relations

• Responsible for Industrial relations of internal or external union
• Disciplinary Action procedures, Successful Implementation of Voluntary Retirement Scheme
• Handling Union related legal matters and critical situation including

4. Statutory & legal Compliance

• Maintain statutory records and liaison, correspondence with Govt. offices.

5. Performance Management system and Comp & Benefits

• Preparation of KRA, Goal Setting, potential Assessment and Competency Mapping for staff & workers
• Compensation & benefits, linkage of Incentive plans as per defined guidelines and salary budget

6. HR Operations and Administration

• Preparation and execution of HR Policies and procedures
• Wage & Salary Administration, Employee Insurance portfolio
• Responsible for Plant Administration and facility Management
