Support Services - Payroll

Please Note: This role is on third party payroll.

Job Purpose

Accountable for Payroll implementation of workman of all units of Hindalco and co-ordination with vendor and internal stakeholders.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:

1. Implementation of payroll software for workman cadre employees :

• Responsible for adhering timelines

2. Key deliverable for monthly payroll and full and final settlement

• Close coordination with stakeholders (HR and accounts)

3. Post payroll reconciliation and reporting

• Responsible for coordinating with the all locations on the all the observations / issues identified during the payroll processing of the respective month.
• Ensuring timely closure of all the observations and data updating before start of next month payroll cycle.

4. Other

• Internal MIS / dashboards
• Audit and closure of technical issues in payroll application
• Capability building in payroll spocs

5. Vendor Management & Project Planning
