Payroll Trainee - Accounting

Job Description:

Able to calculate hours and overtime hours and process timesheets accurately
Able to do basic reconciliation related to timesheet/salary adjustments
Can do the basic reporting on MS Office as per the process requirement
Proactive, accurate and ability to work on multiple payroll processes/tasks
Abel to work on new starter with key in data accurately
Calls and Query management

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal both)
Familiar with MS Outlook and MS-Office (Good in MS-Excel)
Logically Sound
Time Management
Team Player
Good typing speed
